What We Do
Impact4Deaf provides practical support, advocacy, and inclusive services for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, organisations, and communities. Through mentoring, Deaf awareness training, and accessibility support, we help reduce barriers and improve inclusion.

Breaking Barriers Through Experience
I’m deaf and have spent my life breaking barriers—on the rugby pitch, in the community, and through advocacy.
After 30 years playing rugby with hearing teams and proudly representing England Deaf, I founded Impact4Deaf to empower Deaf individuals and champion equal opportunities for all.
